We're working diligently to complete the process, but we're unable to guarantee a specific in-network date or retroactive coverage during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Yes. Until credentialing with a specific commercial insurer is finalized, visits are billed as self-pay. This allows you to establish care immediately. We offer a transparent self-pay model with introductory discounts during this transition, and you will receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to your appointment to ensure full price transparency.

Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your plan's out-of-network benefits. We're happy to provide an itemized superbill upon request for you to submit directly to your insurer.
